Returns & Exchanges

We do hope that you will be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you would like to return an item for a refund or exchange please send it back to us  within 14 days of purchase. 

Please ensure all products are in perfect condition, unworn/unused and in saleable condition with original tags and packaging, as we are not able to refund or exchange anything that is not in perfect condition.

Original and return postage is non-refundable. 

International customs and quarantine

Note - Raphael + Duke does not take responsibility for any deliveries subject to customs charges / sales tax or any quarantine checks which may be in place in certain countries.

Please check if these will be applied before committing to the purchase.

Pre-loved/Vintage Returns

Due to the nature of second-hand clothing, some items may contain minor flaws and show signs of wear. I will note any major flaws in the items description. All items are sold as seen and I can always provide measurements and additional photos if requested.

We do not offer refunds on items purchased form the Vintage Boutique but will exchange an item within 7 days of you receiving the item. Exchanges in this case can be made within the Vintage Boutique only.

Exchanges must be to the same original item value, no less. If a higher value you will be required to pay the difference. You will be responsible for covering any return shipping costs.

How to return or exchange products:


Please email us at:

Listing your name, order number, the product you wish to return/exchange and the reason. 

Then please post your goods back to us within 14 days including your name, contact and order number and reason for return inside the package. (Please note that all goods should still have original tags, be unworn/unused and in perfect condition). 


Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.  Please allow a week from receipt of parcel before the refund is completed.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from (the “Site”).
